2nd International Workshop on XR for Challenging Environments (XR4CE 2026)

The registration deadline for the workshop is October 16, 2026. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay for the workshop until October 16 and attend in person in Valencia on November 3, 2026 to present the work. Non-authors are likewise warmly invited to register and attend.

Workshop registration and payment processing will be handled by our partner XRwise (www.xrwise.tech).
The online registration and payment system is currently being finalized and will open shortly. Authors and registered participants will receive direct email instructions with the live payment link as soon as the portal opens. The general registration deadline is October 16, 2026.

Please ensure you prepare your manuscript in the CEURART 1-column format according to the 5+1 page limit. The deadline to upload your final camera-ready version and signed CEUR author agreement form to EasyChair is October 22, 2026 (AoE).
Non-authors are welcome to participate in the workshop (paid registration required). Co-authors and colleagues of accepted authors are likewise welcome to attend and participate (paid registration required).

Please note that the EuroXR 2026 Conference and the VWP Annual Forum 2026 are separate events requiring their own respective registrations. Attending the main conference or forum requires registration through their official event portals.
